There are two versions of this music video. I have decided to look at the the original one. In my opinion this is the song that made her famous and as 'well-known' as she is today. It sees Goulding in various costumes and settings. The video uses a visual styling effect used generally in sporting analysis called StroMotion which created the unique look of Goulding and the dancer's echoes, reverses and reverberations as they dance to the song.

The video opens with an orange colour scheme of Goulding singing with friends and solar flares shining upon their movements with some smoke. Later, Goulding is seen in a gigantic field with hundreds of light spheres and the video ends with flares and more dancing and a red-themed scene. In the end, the lights form Goulding's logo in the field.

The video begins with Goulding standing in a dark room drinking simulation serum and sees herself in a simulation, where she is in a misty forest. She meets a mysterious boy in the forest, and as she turns to walk away, she is pulled closer to him. The simulation ends and Goulding is seen standing in the same dark room.
